These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Joy-Rise Hub. By creating an account, you agree to be bound by them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to participate in prize draws in your jurisdiction to use Joy-Rise Hub. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
2. Your Account
- You must provide accurate information when registering, including a working phone number
- Each person may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts to claim additional referral commissions is not allowed and may result in those commissions being reversed and the account(s) suspended
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity on your account
3. Deposits & Withdrawals
- Deposits are processed through our payment partner and credited to your Main Wallet once confirmed
- Your Referral Wallet balance unlocks for withdrawal once it reaches a minimum threshold (currently ₦1,000), but can be used to buy tickets at any time regardless of that threshold
- Withdrawal requests are reviewed before payout. We reserve the right to request additional verification for any withdrawal
4. Dispute & Issue Reporting Window
All inquiries, discrepancies, or transaction issues must be submitted to Support within 48 hours of occurrence. Issues raised after this window cannot be reviewed or adjusted. Please verify your tickets and balances immediately following each session.
5. Tickets & Draws
- Tickets are available in tiers at different prices. Every ₦100 spent is one separate, equally-weighted entry into the draw
- Each day's prize pool is calculated as 60% of that day's total ticket revenue. The remaining 40% covers platform operating costs (30%) and funds the referral commission program (10%)
- By default, each daily draw has a single winner, who receives the entire prize pool for that day. For special promotional draws, we may select more than one winner, in which case the prize pool is split evenly among them
- Because the pool size depends on daily ticket sales, the exact prize amount varies from day to day — it is not a fixed amount
- Draws are held daily. Once a ticket is entered into a draw, it cannot be refunded or cancelled
- Winning amounts are credited automatically to your Main Wallet
6. Referral Program
- You earn 10% commission on ticket purchases made by someone you referred, starting from their first ticket purchase — but only when that purchase is paid from their Main Wallet. Tickets bought using Referral Wallet balance do not generate commission
- Commission from a single referral is capped at ₦1,000 total, and only applies for 90 days from their first purchase
- We reserve the right to withhold or reverse referral commissions obtained through fraudulent activity, including but not limited to fake accounts, self-referral, or coordinated abuse
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Create multiple accounts or use false information
- Attempt to manipulate draws, referrals, or bonuses through fraud, bots, or exploiting bugs
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Harass or abuse other users or our support team
Violating these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account and forfeiture of any pending balances obtained through the violation.
8. Changes to the Service
We may adjust ticket prices, prize amounts, commission rates, thresholds, or other parameters of the app from time to time. Current values are always shown in the app itself.
9. Limitation of Liability
Joy-Rise Hub is provided "as is." While we work to keep the app accurate and available, we are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions, delays, or errors beyond our reasonable control.
10. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the app and request account closure at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
