Your Referral Wallet unlocks once its balance reaches ₦1,000, built up from referral commissions you've earned. Once unlocked, tap Withdraw on the Referral Wallet card.

Share your referral link from "My Referrals." Once the person you referred buys their first ticket (min ₦100), you start earning 10% commission for the next 90 days on tickets they buy using their Main Wallet — up to ₦1,000 total per referral. Tickets they pay for using their own Referral Wallet balance don't earn you commission. Commission is credited straight to your Referral Wallet and can be used to buy tickets anytime, even before it's unlocked for withdrawal.

Draws are held at scheduled time(s) each day. Check the countdown and draw schedule on the dashboard for the next upcoming draw. By default, one winner is selected and receives the entire draw's prize pool — 60% of that draw's total ticket revenue — so the exact prize varies depending on how many tickets were sold. For special occasions, we may run a draw with more than one winner, in which case the pool is split evenly between them. Every ₦100 you spend is a separate entry with an equal chance of winning — buying a bigger tier just means more entries, so more chances to win, not a bigger prize. If you bought several entries, more than one could win.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours. Once processed, you'll see the status update in your Transactions history. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

All balance changes happen through secured, server-side checks — no client can alter a balance directly. If anything looks wrong, contact support above.
